Description:
PykaPyka is an older husky that's looking for a loving new home. She is about 10-11 years old and is up to date on all her shots. She had been abandoned and her foster helped her to be happy and healthy in a home again. Pyka is very relaxed and she loves to just sit next to someone and snuggle. She never barks, licks, bites, or jumps up on people. Pyka enjoys older children and cats and seems to like almost any dog, although the foster does not have other dogs. She doesn't seem to like aggressive territorial dogs, but never returns any aggression; she simply shies away. Pyka needs a home without young children as she is old and doesn't like being jumped on and having her hair pulled. She loves daily short walks and gets more exited about walks than anything else. Her age is the only thing keeping her from walking for miles! She needs a loving new owner with time to share with an affectionate, loyal husky. The adoption fee of $250 includes current vaccines and sterilization. Please email us at rescueme93@yahoo.com to find out more information or set up a special appointment. Applications for adoption are available from www.MakingMiraclesAnimalRescue.org. Please fax in the application to (248) 499-1953. Applications are approved on the basis of the best and most appropriate home for the animal, NOT on a first come, first serve basis.
********************************************************************************** We show some of our adoptable dogs at PetSmart, Utica, each Saturday between the hours of 11:00am and 3:00pm. Cats typically don't do well at events, so they only attend with a pre-approved meet and greet appointment. If you are interested in a particular pet, we suggest you email: mmarpaws@gmail.com to see if that pet will be there.
