I truly LOVE my FAMILY. I Greet them at the Door, I Snuggle with them on the Sofa, and I Follow the Around the House to be with them. I am a Dependent Doggie who LOVES my family, but I can also cope well on my own. I enjoy going for WALKS, and will also play with toys. I really am a sweet doggie. Won't you come visit me? I am Medium Active Doggie! I am a Terrier, so I do need daily exercise. After I have played in the yard, or gone for a walk I am ready to Snuggle on the Sofa, or lay by your feet. Where I Sleep I currently sleep in my Doggie Bed in my mom's bedroom. If she lets me, I also like to sleep in bed with her. Training Update! I am a smart doggie who is willing to learn more tricks/commands. I am already Housetrained and I know the SIT command. I also respond to my Name, and will Come when called (unless there is a squirrel around - I am a terrier). I LOVE to go for WALKS, but I do pull (but I am a small dog - I don't pull that hard). I am Food Motivated and People Focused. Two key traits needed to learn more tricks! Are YOU the Right Family for ME? I am looking for a LOVING family who will appreciate my Good Looks, Small Size, Spunky Attitude, Friendly Spirit and Affectionate Personality. I do LOVE PEOPLE, but will do best with Adults and Children over 7 Years of Age. This is because I have not lived with young children before, and small children who handle doggies roughly may startle me. I get along well with Doggies, but I am not sure about Cats (I have not lived with them). I did show interest in the resident cat at All About Animals Rescue, but the volunteer could call me away from the kitty - so I might be ok with kitty cats. I am a Healthy Doggie All About Animals just did my heartworm screening, and gave me heartworm/flea preventative. They also gave me my vaccines. Thank goodness I was already neutered and microchipped. So I am all set to go into my new home! My Sad Story My mom says she can no longer afford to properly care for me. She can't afford my vaccines, heartworm screening and/or heartworm preventative. She feels so badly about this, so she wants me to go to a family who can properly care for me. She LOVES ME, but loves me so much she wants me to get the proper care. She only hopes to find someone who LOVES me as much as she does. For More Information.
