She lost her home and her family through no fault of her own and is sad and confused about all the changes in her life. She's very friendly, used to lots of kids and other dogs, loves the car and is a great traveling companion. She's housetrained and well behaved. She could use some leash training, but all in all, she's a wonderful family dog. Caramel will fit in a variety of families with a fenced yard and older kids. She could use some love and affection and a happy home. If you are interested in some sweetness in your life, Come visit Caramel at Petsmart, Utica on most Saturdays 11 am to 3 pm If you can't adopt, how about being a foster. She has to stay at the kennel because there aren't enough fosters to go around. On site adoption available to pre-approved applicants only. Adoption Fees Senior : 9 & up  $100-$175 Adult  : 2-8          $250  Young adult: 6 months to 2 years $275 Puppies:  6 weeks to 6 months  $300   Adoption fees go towards vaccines, heartworm prevention/testing, flea/tick prevention, spay/neuter and other medical problems that may arise. MMAR is an all volunteer, foster based, 501 (c) 3, non profit organization. Without your donation, wonderful pets like these have to be passed by because we cannot afford their care.
