Hello, my name is Marshmallow. I am a 3-Year-Old Russian Blue mix kitty who is just as SWEET as the treat I am named after. I am a BIG boy too, weighing in at about 15 POUNDS. I just came into the rescue, but LINDA can already tell I am a SWEET and MELLOW boy. You see when I arrived, I walked right up to everyone to say hello! I even MEOWED as if I was actually talking to everyone. I was so happy to meet people that I rolled around on my back - was so funny and cute at the same time. I am SCARED! After the people who brought me to the RESCUE left, I became scared. I retreated a bit, but I am coming around already. I just arrived at All About Animals late last weekend. Please keep reading to find out my whole story! My Owner Died! I am still so CONFUSED, LOST and SAD as my very much loved OWNER DIED. He was a very young man who died very unexpectedly. His family took in my sister, but they already have a dog and two other cats. They didn't have room for me! So you see, I have gone through a lot, and just want to eventually find another family who LOVES ME as much as my former owner. Are YOU the RIGHT FAMILY for ME? I am looking for a very LOVING and UNDERSTANDING Family who will appreciate my LARGE SIZE, MELLOW SPIRIT, and AFFECTIONATE PERSONALITY. I still miss my former family, but I have SOOOOO MUCH LOVE TO GIVE - I hope you give me a chance. I will do best in a home with ADULTS and/or CHILDREN over the age of 7 Years. This is because I need to be handled nicely - young kids don't understand what I am going through! I have lived with another Cat, so kitties are fine. I should also be fine with a NICE Doggie. I am a HEALTHY KITTY CAT! I am a very healthy 15 Pound Kitty who is a little chubby. Yes, I am a BIG CAT, but I need to lose a couple of pounds. I am up to date on my vaccinations, microchipped, Feline Leukemia/FIV tested and I am already neutered too. I am even on Flea Preventative. So I am all set to join your family today!
