PiccoloHi, My name is Piccolo and that means small in Italian and that's what I was. A little bitty guy.I didn't have a very good start in life and I almost didn't make it. I was dropped off at the shelter with my brothers and sisters when we were 6 weeks old. Undernourished and sickly. We didn't have much of a chance at life but the rescue group wouldn't give up on us. With lots of love, care and expense our foster mom saved 3 of us and shed many tears for the two who weren't strong enough and went over the rainbow bridge. Now I am happy, healthy, and ready to find a happy, loving forever home. I am handsome, fun and love to play. If you're looking for music to gladden your heart, come take a look at me and we will make beautiful music together. The adoption fee of $250 includes current vaccines and sterilization. ********************************************************************************** We show some of our adoptable dogs at PetSmart, Utica, each Saturday between the hours of 11:00am and 3:00pm. Cats typically don't do well at events, so they only attend with a pre-approved meet and greet appointment. If you are interested in a particular pet, we suggest you email: mmarpaws@gmail.com to see if that pet will be there.
Applications are approved on the basis of the best and most appropriate home for the animal, not on a first come, first served basis. On site adoption available to pre-approved applicants only.
Adoption fees go towards vaccines, heartworm prevention/testing, flea/tick prevention, spay/neuter and other medical problems that may arise.
MMAR is an all volunteer, foster based, 501 (c) 3, non profit organization. Without your donation, wonderful pets like these have to be passed by because we cannot afford their care.
