I am a Cute, Loving and Intelligent Doggie!
Hello, my name is Roxy. I am a very adorable 9-Month-Old Rottweiler with a heart made of gold. You see the volunteer who is helping me write this fell in love immediately with me. That is because I greeted her with a body wiggle and a smile. I then sat at her feet and leaned on her as she hugged me. My AWESOME Personality!
Everyone at All About Animals LOVES me. As mentioned above I greet everyone I meet with enthusiasm. I will actually run right up to you and say hello. I also bond quickly to people. In a matter of about an hour I bonded with Linda. The All About Animals Rescue Volunteer. I leaned on her for petting and let her hug me. I also followed her around as I wanted to be with her as much as possible. If you are looking for a big, sweet Teddy Bear then you need to come visit me.

More on My Personality!
I am a pretty laid back pup. I do need some exercise, but after that I am content to sit by your side or chew on a toy. I am also very gentle. Linda the volunteer was amazed at how gently I took a treat from her hand. She never felt my teeth, JUST my soft lips brushing her hand as I took the treat. I am just a big Sweetie Pie who is looking for a family to LOVE.

My Training!
I know the sit command and respond well to my name. I am also learning down and stay. I am already housetrained and I like my crate. In fact I will even go to my crate on command. How cool is that!!

I am a SMART PUP!
My friend Linda also teaches dog obedience classes. She was impressed at how responsive I was to verbal commands. I am also food and toy motivated which make training me quite fun and easy. I hope my new family takes me to doggie class so I can learn even more commands. We can have fun together and it is a great bonding experience.

I am Good in the Car!
You should know that my past family didn't take me anywhere in the car. Linda had to help me in the car the first time I went somewhere with her. I was a little scared. I soon found the car FUN and now will jump right in for her. I am also good in the car. She folded her back seat down, and I just lied down and enjoyed the ride. I am such a good passenger. Won't you take me on some adventures with YOU??

I have a Fun Side!
Yes, I enjoy getting hugs and tons of petting, but you should also know that I am a FUN doggie. I LOVE it when you throw the ball for me. I will fetch it for you, but sometimes I don't want to give the ball back. Talk to Linda and she can show you how to teach the drop command so we can play Fetch together everyday!! How FUN is that!!!

I LOVE other Dogs!
I have lived with other dogs and have gotten along very well with them. Linda introduced me to two doggies and I got along GREAT with them. I just wanted to play with them. If you have a dog, please let Linda know and she will help properly introduce me with your dog. I am sure we will be best friends in no time.

Are YOU the Right Family for ME?
I am looking for a very loving family who will appreciate my good looks, gentle nature, playful spirit and laid back, yet affectionate personality. I am a big doggie who LOVES EVERYONE. I have lived with a 2-year-old child before, but I sometimes accidentally knocked her over while we were playing. If your child can handle some rough play - then I would love to meet them. I am good with dogs. I have not lived with a cat before, but I met some at the rescue. I showed interest, but that was about it.

I am a Healthy Doggie!
I am a very healthy 65 pound doggie who will grow to be approximately 75 pounds as an adult. I am up to date on my vaccinations, I have had a heartworm screening and a fecal test. I am already spayed and will be microchipped upon adoption. I am all set to go home with you, and live a long/healthy life with your family.

My Sad Story
Linda got a call from a good friend of hers. Her friend said her co-worker was going through a tough time personally and wanted help finding a home for me. You see she works long hours and doesn't think it is fair to me. So Linda from ALL About Animals Rescue agreed to do all she could to find the loving home that I deserve.
